"Pretty sure everything went just right"
My order showed up quickly, and from what I could tell, all the parts were exactly what I needed. No issues on my end.

"Am I missing something, or was shipping really slow?"
Am I missing something here? My order ended up arriving later than expected, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. It was kind of frustrating not knowing where it was. I’m not sure I’d use them again unless the shipping gets more reliable.

"Waited around and still didn’t get much help"
I was trying to figure out the right part for my door and thought they’d be able to point me in the right direction. I sent over photos and details, but the response I got wasn’t really helpful at all. On top of that, I had to wait in a queue for quite a while just to get answers that didn’t really answer anything. It felt like I was still on my own trying to guess what to order. Ended up wasting a bunch of time and I’m still not confident I’m picking the right part.

The site does have some door parts available, and I liked that it seemed geared toward more specific repair needs. That said, when I actually started looking, a lot of the parts I needed were either out of stock or not that easy to find. It felt like the selection was limited unless you already knew the exact part number. I ended up checking a few other places too, but I’d still consider coming back if they had more items available.

"Return took a little while, but it worked out"
I had to return a door part that was just a bit off and didn’t fit the way I expected. The return process took maybe a little longer than I would’ve liked, and I think I had to check in once to keep things moving. In the end though, they got it handled and refunded me. Overall not a bad experience, just probably could be a bit smoother.
